Information
Supplied by the University of Louisville to the IRS:
In late January of each year, an IRS Form 1098-T is mailed to students who qualified during the previous calendar year. We have contracted with TCRS to mail the IRS 1098-T forms and to provide web access to the IRS 1098-T information supplied to the Internal Revenue Service. U of L has elected to report by the “Amount Billed” method. This method reports all tuition and related charges assessed during the 2007 calendar year. Spring 2007 Continuing Registration students who had applicable charges assessed in calendar year 2006 WILL NOT have these amounts reported on the IRS 1098-T form. Spring 2008 Continuing Registration students who had applicable charges assessed in calendar year 2007 WILL have these amounts reported on the 1098-T form. The IRS Form 1098-T
is mailed to your home address of record in the Student Information
System. |
