What Information is displayed to whom?

The Online Directory only displays name, email, office telephone number, department, and title where applicable. Information such as home address and phone number is not available.

How do I change my information in the directory?

The Online Directory contains information extracted from several campus databases. If your information is inaccurate, please log in to ULink, choose Student Servcies or Faculty/Staff Services, and choose Directory Name to change how your name is displayed or Phone Numbers to change your phone number.

If you are a student and would like to withhold your information from the directory, you must complete the UofL FERPA form at the University Archives and Records Center, 4th floor Ekstrom Library.
