Mission
Established in 1986, the Labor-Management Center
(LMC) represents the University of Louisville in providing
a comprehensive, objective, and superior program of research,
teaching, publication, and promotion in order to foster labor-management
partnerships and networks for more efficient and productive
workplaces in a broad cross-section of union-organized producers
of goods and services.
