Centerplate Catering is the Brown & Williamson Clubs in-house caterer providing you and your guests with exceptional service and exquisite food. Serving You Centerplate Catering's professional staff will custom design your menu to guarantee your event at the Brown & Williamson Club is forever remembered. Theres no challenge too great for Centerplate Catering, from a small informal breakfast meeting, to a corporate awards luncheon to a black-tie gala. Centerplate Catering provides culinary services ranging from breakfast, lunch, dinner, and hors doeurves. As you create your meal, you have the opportunity to pick your own selections or choose a menu from a variety of prepared menus. Catering Policies All services are subject to 19% service charge and, unless tax exempt, 6% state tax. If an organization is tax exempt, a copy of the Kentucky Tax Exempt certificate must accompany the contract and deposit. Minimum in sales of $500.00 per bartender is required. If the minimum sales requirement is not met, the client is responsible to pay the difference. This applies to both Host and Cash Bars. Prices include china and linen service for up to 550 guests. The costs of the tables and chairs is included in the rental fee for the Brown & Williamson Club for up to 400 guests. After these numbers, clients may be responsible for any charges for additional place settings or tables and chairs. Centerplate Catering will decorate buffet lines and have skirted tables. If individual table arrangements are requested, the client will be invoiced for this service. The client assumes the responsibility to establish the guaranteed attendance.
